HVAC Expert installing a furnace

Its Never Too Late for Furnace Installation

We know that winter isn’t the preferred season for furnace installation. We also know that installing a new furnace in the winter sounds quite a bit better than the discomfort and potential home damages our Manassas customers face if they have a breakdown.

To help make sure your furnace is running properly and efficiently, Air-Right Energy Design, Inc. suggests regular maintenance. But, even with the best care, a furnace will reach a certain age and you’ll be spending more money on repairs than you should. So, what happens if you find yourself in need of a new furance during the Manassas winter? Don’t worry! Our professionals will be here to take care of you, and make sure your family’s home comfort is met.

How will you know if you’re in need of a new furnace installation? First, consider the age of your furnace. If it’s 15 to 20 years old, it’s probably nearing the end of its life span. Many times, it doesn’t make sense to have the extra expenses to perform repairs.

Next, review your energy costs. If they seem greater this season over previous years, your furnace may be working harder than it should. Furnaces lose efficiency after awhile. When this happens, you’ll notice a change in your heating costs.

Another sign that it may be time to replace your furnace is if you’ve had it repaired a number of times. Further repairs may not be the ideal way to go. It may be in your best interest to replace your furnace with a new, more energy-efficient model. Investing in a newer model will likely save you money in the long run.

If you’re unsure if it’s time for a new furnace installation, just call Air-Right Energy Design, Inc. at 703-260-1148 and our experts will be happy to take a look and discuss all of your options—whether that includes a replacement furnace or furnace repair. You can even schedule an appointment with us online if that’s more convenient. We are here to ensure you stay nice and cozy in your home during the Manassas winter.
