After multiple companies (including the one that installed the unit) came to fix the problem unsuccessfully, Sam was able to get it working and then solved the problem permanently. He was very professional and displayed great plumbing skills in connecting the new water heater to the existing water runs. The new water heater works great and he carted off the old leaker. I highly recommend Gary and Air-Right Energy Design if you have to replace your water heater.
